The 2025 festival boasts 8 Festival Marketplaces, including the new Mercado de Antojos booth, complemented by additional kiosks throughout the park, Downtown Disney, and select hotel locations. Over 80 new food and drink items will debut, highlighting California-inspired cuisine with options for various dietary needs.

Sip & Savor Pass Innovation
The festival introduces a digital Sip & Savor Pass with two options: an eight-item credit pass and a new four-item credit pass, providing flexibility for guests to sample festival offerings across various locations.
Accessibility and Hours
The festival is included with general park admission, with Disney California Adventure open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Festival booths begin serving at 10:30 a.m. daily, allowing guests ample time to explore the culinary delights.
