My recent visit to Glasserie in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, was nothing short of a culinary revelation. The moment I laid eyes on the bowl of grilled tomatoes, peaches with sweet corn, yogurt, and basil, I knew I was in for a treat. The combination was not only delicious but visually stunning, a true food photographer’s dream.

Notable Dishes

Several dishes stood out during my visit, each showcasing the unique blend of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors that Glasserie is known for:

  • Grilled tomato, peaches, sweet corn, yogurt, and Thai basil
  • Lamb tartare, olives, and bulghur crackers
  • Eggplant, chevre, Mexican gherkin, ground cherries, and pine nuts
  • Flaky bread with labneh
