Netflix’s newest venture into experiential dining launches at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas in the form of Netflix Bites Vegas, transforming popular streaming content into an immersive culinary experience through a one-year residency.
Culinary Innovation merges entertainment with dining through show-inspired dishes:
- Bridgerton-themed three-tiered tea service
- ONE PIECE-inspired “Grand Line Showboat” sushi
- Squid Game’s “Dalgona Rum Buzz” cocktail
Celebrity Presence marked the February 10 opening. “Stranger Things” star Cara Buono joined chef David Chang and WWE Wrestler Tiffany Stratton to sample dishes representing their respective shows.
Operating Structure accommodates various dining preferences. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dinner service until 10 p.m. weekdays and midnight on weekends. While currently accepting walk-ins, reservations begin February 20.

This Las Vegas location builds on Netflix’s successful Los Angeles pop-up, which became that city’s most-searched restaurant in 2023. The streaming giant has reached 7.5 million fans through similar experiences worldwide, maintaining a 4.7 out of 5 guest rating average.
